Cancellation policy

  • All new clients are required to send a $20 deposit before the day of your appointment.
  • If you need to cancel please do it within 24 hours of your appointment or you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
  • No call no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
  • If you are 15+ mins late to your appointment it will be canceled and you will be asked to reschedule.
  • Same day cancellations are 100% charged
